The scan runs by itself on the 2nd of each month. A full scan reads several thousand products at one request every few seconds and takes some hours; it can be left to run and checked again later.

Add a reference document

      

        Anything you upload here is read immediately and is used as background for
        every answer from then on. Price lists, stock lists, application notes,
        customer specifications and internal guidance all work well.
        Accepted formats: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, plain text, Markdown, CSV,
        TSV and JSON. Scanned PDFs without a text layer cannot be read, and an Excel
        file whose cells are formulas needs saving in Excel once so the results are
